odor plus test

The SAO is still debating the particulars, but recent changes in the law that went into effect on July 1st mean Broward should be joining neighboring counties in how police search cars, and how cannabis cases will be prosecuted. Let’s hope the changes will be approved retroactively for open cases.

Welcome to the dawn of the “odor plus” test for search and seizure …

This is good information. The testing part particulary. Other blogs should do more like this one. Miami one stinks.

Vape pen felonies should be gone now. Testing issues. It seems so stupid the way they’ve been doing it People don’t want to get blitzed by burning a joint so a quick hit of milder THC vape that also doesn’t have carcinogens like a blunt. Satz gives felonies for these. Why?
