5. Post video of vision of God trash talking your opponents. That will scare them!
5. Since having no management skills or qualifications or brains fire those who see you have no business running the office and won’t be part of your unethical demands. Let’s start with having more than one clerk per courtroom, stream line notices and court dispos so they can be done easily and efficiently on a computer so these poor clerks arent gettin carpal tunnel trying to write threw 4 copies of carbon copy. Also, it’s 2024. Carbon copy still? Really? In all this time that Brenda has been there i find it shocking and appalling that she hasn’t bothered to go to another county and see how they do shit and see how she can implement their ideas and bring us into the 21st century. I was in court after that emergency weather court closure a few months ago and i mentioned to a judge that my poor client had ubered all the way to court only to find out that it was closed, because none of us knew til we went to court. And she said “cant the clerk just send an email?” I literally went slack jawed and said—you think the clerk emails notices?? This judge literally thought that notices get emailed. Like there is some automated system that can generate a mass communication. And listen, this judge isn’t crazy for thinking that, because other counties do it. But its interesting that even the judges dont know how ass backwards it all is. Anyway, get a lawyer in there. We are humble enough to know what we dont know, and are happy to go shadow other counties and implement some shit to get this county in gear. Computers and court buddies for all clerks NOW!
