Didn’t know her full name was “Vegina.”

The notice of charges is up now.

On June 11, 2019, at approximately 10:30 A.M., you instigated a physical confrontation with a court employee. You sought out the confrontation by interrupting the employee’s work in another courtroom, and summoning him into a secure hallway.
As he walked through the door, you placed your hands around the neck of the employee and shook him. Your actions were captured on a courthouse security camera.

The genesis of the conflict with the employee appears to have been your displeasure with the fact that he did not have your 2:00 P.M. afternoon docket available for you that morning.

Are you serious, her name is actually Vagina ?? No wonder she goes around choking courthouse employees. Vagina, wow wtf.

So they’ve already settled on a recommended suspension? Let’s see if Supreme Court approves it.

And of course, Bogenschutz is representing the latest disgraced judge.

So she told the Commission she never touched the clerk, and video they obtained showed he with her hands around his neck and shaking him. What is it they say about the Bar always wanting candor?

The real circus act to follow …
Why didn’t the employee file charges ? You just knew she wouldn’t resign whether she’s caught on security cameras or not. That’s simply not the thing judges do in Broward until the train appears 20 feet from one of them. Once they’ve got their fingers in the pie, its hard to pry them out. The free ride is just too good and there’s no such thing as shame in this group.
And Broward Judges are still using Bogenpoop to settle the score for them ? Isn;t he getting a little too old to be pulling company line about now ?

If the Supreme Court suspends her without pay she’s done.
Lawyers who act like criminal lawyers before the JQC and the Supreme Court are giving bad advise. If a judge screws up, they are expected to admit and seek treatment immediately. Fighting it out is not an option. Not to mention her misleading statements to Jaab.

there should be inquiry into how many JQC complaints were filed v. Broward judges that were summarily dismissed, especially against repeat lying criminal offenders like gardiner, that Bogey did get the chance to reprehense. He could become a polygamist as Bogey’s hos.

        An audit is over-due.
Not having access to this information is an obstruction of equal access to The Courts.

Also, all cases should be accessible to the public, unless under an investigation.

Bill: get the video and post it.
    Judge Hawkins is “toast”.
Was Bogenschutz behind this manufactured testimony?
    Bobby.

One would hope. But this new incoming class of judges and lawyers is not inspiring confidence for the future.

Imperato, Rosenthal, Gardiner all went down for not admitting responsibility right away and not seeking help. I don’t see how she skates.

At least they’re not saying she was drunk when it happened. Things are looking up for Broward if one looks at it from a glass half full perspective.

Really weak response. Just so much BS. A long way from her absolute nonsense claim. If I had to guess, they’ve got more than enough to nail her for good.
Some people just aren’t cut out to be judges. Even in Broward where we seem to have the worst in the State.
The only thing that appears to be grainy is her story now that Bogenschutz is on board. He may have driven in the nail that decides her fate himself.
The Supremes have got to be pretty sick of Broward Judges and their outrageous antics by now.

Bogenschutz’ score card with saving Broward judges isn’t that good. Thought the old codger was retired by now.

With such “proof positive, presumption great” evidence, will there be criminal charged filed, too. FS 775.021(4) says there shall be as a matter of legislative intent.

Is this the first time a Broward judge has been accused of becoming physically involved with a courthouse employee? Or has there been some other instances of this nature ? Anyone know?
Was this some white dude supposedly involved with Court Admin as the victim?
Was the guy actually hurt or suffer some kind of injury?

      Yea,
You’d think they’d be asking the same questions about the “local” candidates we are.
who’s the Sun endorsing for PD and SA?

    Oh, the irony . . .

“Serially, then, the “seriousness” issue relates to a 2-3 second confrontation in an area not visible to the general public between a circuit judge and an individual who is a supervisor responsible for delivering to her office, during hearing days, documents necessary to adjudicate specific domestic cases.

Please post the video in question so the seriousness of this allegation can be determined by your readers.

I don’t need to read some ridiculously concocted version by some over the hill defender of anymore Broward Judicial Buffoons who in pursuit of Justice can’t seem to tell the truth and except the responsibility about anything !!!

Is JAABlog going to be subpoenaed or have to testify because of the “that’s nonsense” statement? Don’t know if judges lying to bloggers and the press counts as actionable dishonesty. But isn’t that why the preferred response is “no comment”?

So she is going to be paid while this is all being shaken out? It sure seems that discipline would be appropriate against the chief judge who made the decision to transfer her to a different division instead of sending her home. I do not know of any other supervisor in any other field who could have possibly justified such an action.

I was not there. Were you?
Maybe the clerk mumbled the word chicken under his breath.
    We don’t know .
Reserve your opinion until all the facts are in.

Hawkins’ first excuse was that she was just grabbing his neck in “jest.” So is she going to change her story again and say he provoked her to throttle him?

According to (Broward Created) Tim Holmseth,
Gina was only there to commit in land piracy for The Florida Bar.

Was it high levels of work ethic?

Or, was it “a learned” in a formal educational / work setting behavior?

Anybody know what’s going on with Bogenschutz? He broke up with Dutko and Kroll and moved to the 633 building and is using an AOL address. Downsizing?

Hey Bill Gelin how about checking on Judge Moon, she has her entire staff working all day without a lunch break or any kind of a break, talks to them like dirt and takes hours and hours to do her cases. She makes attorneys and every one wait hours before getting around to doing their case’s. No one wants to work for her and lawyers hate going to her courtroom. Ask around, she’s all about herself and herself alone, always taking time off. Enough already.

The Chief Judge just transfers these disgraces to preside over the unfortunates in foreclosure. How come the JQC allows him to visit this extreme danger and denial of equal protection of the law on this entire class of litigants ?

    SHE’S DONE
BROWARD JUDGES NEED A CHIEF JUDGE THAT ACTUALLY DOES SOMETHING BESIDES SHUFFLE THESE IDIOTS TO ANOTHER DIVISION WITH THE HOPES OF LETTING THE AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR GO UNNOTICED
THE PROBLEM STARTS AT THE TOP AND TRICKLES DOWN THRU THE RANKS OF SLOPPY BROWARD JUDGES
