Guess it’s time to start sobering up. Wish I could cleanse with a glass of clean water.

Look into Judge Moon, I hear she likes to keep her courtroom staff til 8pm with only a 15 minute lunch break

15 minutes ? Her staff is lucky if they get a 15 minute break, they very rarely get a break at all. Her cases last hours when they should last minutes. Ask the lawyers that sit outside of her courtroom all day waiting for their case to be called. That courtroom is terrible, I feel sorry for her staff.

No big deal if the courthouse gets wet. It could use a good flush. Start with the judge’s chambers.

Why would Judge Tuter defend her? She feels bad???? Really? You believe that? Tuter is so tongue twisted by political correctness he literally just said (in a double negative by mistake…or Freudian slip…) Every “situation” is appropriate for inappropriate touching. Read quote again.

But seriously most judges don’t choke underlings. They are good people. Imagine a white male judge did that to a black female staffer? He’d be in jail. But because of the political climate Vegina felt it was her right to choke a white guy. And I guess it was. Vegina should be charged with battery. Maybe a hate crime. As well as sued for defamation by her victim. But she won’t be. She choked that guy. And yelled in his face. White people could care less.

        Its systemic.
Think about the judges who feel this way, and are able to suppress. Those judges release their anger using judgments.

Now, think about the lawyers failing to bring up valid points because they fear the retribution in future and unrelated cases by punishing the clients they represent (with fraudulent judgments).

Complain to The JQC, then the whole judicial community will come down on the solo practitioner forever.
Hence, promoting due process and truth seeking functions is a career killer. No Due Process for The Public…..

Way to go Jack. At least in my day everyone in town wasn’t talking about it for a month before the shit hit the fan

This kind of behaviour is something to be expected of a lowly County Judge, but to fathom a Circuit Judge acting in this fashion is an affront to all Floridians and believers in the Rule of Law. It is of some consolation realizing Justice Stevens was spared reading of the latest Broward disgrace in his morning newspaper.

How come the clerk’s website and court administration site have still not been updated?

Dear Chief Justice today I am requesting a supply of L’eggs form fitting latex at the behest of my Judges to modify the lenses of the surveillance cameras in their private areas

It was bound to happen. Perhaps the answer is body cameras on every Broward Judge with monitoring restrictions.
It would solve a lot of drama and serve to see just who shows up and at what time for scheduled hearings, trials, if any, and a wide array of systemic problems associated with misbehaving judicial officers.
It might certainly be a welcome idea for the JQC, and would effectively eliminate the need for a do nothing Chief Judge who must be running just short of empty in the number of excuses about now for a bunch of adolescent misfits who can’t perform the easiest job in the courthouse.

Do you think in a million years that Satz is going to charge a black judge while his hand picked successor has to win an election to replace him?

The victim was just a white male.
He needed to check his privilege.
I just don’t understand what the fuss is about.

Unbelievable! Beating up a Public Defender is something Joe Q Public would applaud but necktwisting of an employee? And lying about it?

What do you really expect? She looks like she should be singing at some tent revival. I’d have more respect for these clowns if they just did their jobs and kept their mouths shut the rest of the time. She better be thankful she didn’t try her act to the wrong person and really have something to regret.
These clowns are a dime a dozen in Broward. The JQC will wind up canning this joker Broward judge and appointing an even bigger psycho with hormonal problems. You can bet on it. It’s a joker’s paradise around here with these swamp judges.

    All I said was,
“I love that chicken from Popeye’s”, and then she went off.

Will the JQC please refrain from adding trigger-words for our persons of color to fake react with, when addressing the fictional
frictions created solely by judicial social engineering?

      Here’s one.
Mr. Forman is a white guy and Jewish, being victimized over and over, and so you got a 2>4-1.

      Where’s The ADL on this?

The Scum Sentinel has always been trash following the ultra liberal official agenda of the status quo in Broward. Its junk. That’s why nobody reads it and its subscribers have fallen off to next to nothing. I wouldn’t wipe my azz with it for fear of catching something I couldnt shake.
Its a ruble pile with no interest in reporting the news except in their attempts to save itself from extinction.

THERE’S AS MANY BIMBOS IN WASHINGTON AS THERE ARE HERE. SOME OF THEM WEAR JUDICIAL ROBES AND ARE CAUGHT ON CAMERA WITH THEIR HANDS AROUND THE NECKS OF COURTHOUSE EMPLOYEES

Yet another Broward Judge bites the dust, this time after putting her hands around the neck and shaking a courthouse employee. But there’s no problems with Broward Judges ?
One of these days they’ll get it …
