Here is the emergency docket for tomorrow, May 13th.
There are 21 in-custody defendants on the docket.
There are roughly 2,700 inmates currently populating the Broward County Jail.
Only 21 of them will be present at a court date tomorrow, systemwide, despite the following Supreme Court directives:
BROWARD MUST SET BOND HEARINGS FOR ALL
Also plan on watching the live stream, since they are now deleting most of the saved videos of prior “night court” emergency hearings.
Take a look.
Today, the court deleted ALL the videos from their new YouTube channel for Zoom except the past couple of days.
There were about forty videos there yesterday.

I get neither the Judges nor the SAO wants to get stuck making the “not a danger” call, but shouldn’t somebody step up instead of ignoring the Supremes? Where’s the leadership?
Nothing changes until January.
Way to go Jack at least in my day there were more Defendants in court than Judges not working
Quite the effective use of resources.
LOOK NO FURTHER
The PD office is partly to blame for all of this. They decided not to request hearings on VFO or Arthur cases.
In-center Hemodialysis (HD) Schedule
Most people on in-center HD receive 3 treatments per week. Usually, people do in-center HD either on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule or a Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday schedule. In most cases, each dialysis treatment lasts for about 7-9 hours.
